Taking a look at Bonita Bay sales specifically, the chart to the right shows the steady increase of the number of home sales in Bonita Bay since 2009.

Downing-Frye Reaches $1 BILLION in Closed Sales Volume Already This Year

This month, Downing-Frye Realty reached the ONE BILLION DOLLARS IN CLOSED SALES VOLUME for the year 2015. According to Downing-Frye Vice President Mike Hughes, “This is the earliest we have accomplished this feat since 2005.”

  • During the last 12 months, there were 90 sales with an average sales price of$1,141,807; these homes were on the market an average of 69 days
  • During the 12 months previous, there were 96 sales with an average sales price of $959,713; these homes were, again, much longer on the market for an average of 157 days

Sizzling Southwest Florida Housing Market Will Only Get Hotter
