20 Apr 700 Million in Closed Sales
I wanted to pass along the latest from our Broker at Downing-Frye.
“Our January closed sales volume started the year a little behind where we were in January of 2014. We are having a great April for closing. I think our closed sales volume for 2015 ( year to date ) will be ahead of our closed sales volume for 2014 by the end of April. The bottom line is……. We started our traditional season a little slow for closings but are finishing “ season “ on a very strong note. With this kind of activity in March and April, we have a lot of momentum heading into the summer season. Summer has emerged into a very strong season for sales.
Our closed sales volume per business day in April is averaging over $13 MILLION a day . By the end of April, we will be closing in on $700 MILLION in closed sales volume for the first four months of the year. It looks like our BILLION DOLLAR PARTY will happen sometime this summer. In the old days, we used to hit one billion in closed sales volume in November or December. We are having another great year for sales.”
