I wanted to share this brief report direct from our broker on the status of closed sales. Sales figures reflect those of Downing-Frye Realty:
“In the last week, we have hit another gear !!! I thought our pending sales would be off about 6% in February. We had a flurry of activity at the end of the month and actually went UP 4% over last February. We had 408 pending sales in February 2015 compared to 391 pending sales in February 2014. Our pending sales volume for February 2015 was $190 million compared to $172 million for February 2014. The news only gets better. On Monday, we logged in 55 pending sales. In the first three days of March, we have closed $15 million ( March 2nd ), $15 million ( March 3rd ), and $14 million ( March 4th ).”
