- During the last 12 months, there were 70 sales with an average sales price of $1,154,952;these homes were on the market an average of 84 days
- During the 12 months previous, there were 79 sales with an average sales price of$1,114,299; these homes were, again, much longer on the market for an average of 166 days

Reservations Worth Over $50 Million Going to Contract at Seaglass at Bonita Bay
Last month, the Ronto Group announced they are accepting purchase agreements at Seaglass at Bonita Bay. Ronto has processed reservations worth over $50 million actively being converted to contracts as luxury homebuyers continue to be attracted to the new Seaglass at Bonita Bay high-rise tower. The 26-floor, 120-unit tower to be built by Ronto within the Bonita Bay community in Bonita Springs will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint, and trim. The space sequences and components found in the kitchens and master baths of the residences will reflect the new type of contemporary flair that architect Santiesteban & Associates has brought to the architectural style of the building. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available.
Three luxurious tower residence great room floor plans ranging from 2,889 to 3,421 total square feet are priced from just over $1 million. The spacious tower residences will include private elevator foyers, large island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets throughout the residence, and multiple outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.

The Seaglass tower’s second floor will connect to an award-winning amenity complex previously designed by Santiesteban.
