20 Jul Bonita Bay Real Estate News | July 2015
Welcome to the throes of summer! I hope this message finds you doing well — whether you have returned to your “other home” up north or if you are here in Bonita Bay. As a year-round resident, I drive through the many wonderful communities of Bonita Bay to sit and chat with friends who live here or find myself talking with a stranger about the area, I can’t help but remain in-awe of how this Bonita Bay has developed and grown to offer so much. Really, what more can residents ask for? Beautiful grounds; enough space and activity areas to keep busy when you want to be … and plenty of tranquility when you don’t. And, I bet you have plenty of entertaining stories about your time in Bonita Bay — and, I would love to hear those stories. If you are a Bonita Bay resident and you find yourself with a few extra minutes this summer, please feel free to email me something you enjoy about your community. If you don’t reside in Bonita Bay, well, you should — until you do, feel free to contact me with questions you might have regarding any of the exquisite communities. Be prepared to see your remarks in one of these newsletters as others will benefit from your experiences and questions.
