Shadow Wood at the Brooks Real Estate News | July 2015

Welcome to the throes of summer! I hope this message finds you doing well — whether you have returned to your “other home” up north or if you are here in Shadow Wood, as I am. As a year-round resident, I drive through this wonderful community, sit and chat with friends who live here or find myself talking with a stranger about Shadow Wood, I can’t help but remain in-awe of how this community has developed and grown to offer so much. Really, what more can we ask for? Beautiful grounds; enough space and activity areas to keep busy when we want to be … and plenty of tranquility when we don’t. Enough about me. I would love to hear from YOU. If you are a Shadow Wood resident and you find yourself with a few extra minutes this summer, please feel free to email me something you enjoy about our community. If you don’t reside here among us, well, you should — until you do, feel free to contact me with questions you might have regarding Shadow Wood. Be prepared to see your remarks in one of these newsletters as others will benefit from your experiences and questions.

A reminder, you have access to the most comprehensive website devoted to Shadow Wood, www.shadowwoodrealty.com. I’ve included maps, floor plans, photos, and descriptions of each neighborhood within this desirable community — please feel free to review the site — I always welcome your feedback.

Whether you are buying or selling, if you are looking for REALTOR® representation, think of me and allow me to share my 30 years of experience putting buyers and sellers together in SWFL.
